About me
I teach self-knowledge, self-awareness and self-acceptance through yoga. Yoga was always a self-care tool to me and I happily share how you can build it in your self-care routine. Make time for yourself to restore & recharge.
My classes are a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Mindfulness; gentle, healing classes, but not without challenges! You will leave my classes feeling refreshed, relaxed and healed, as well as gently toned and invigorated.
